The `Russian Coup` Plot In Belarus Was Faked By Ukraine
In mid June we reported that the U.S. is preparing a `color revolution` in Belarus. A sub-part of that operation has been revealed today. It was designed to denigrate Russia in the eyes of the Belorussian population and its president. Over the last years President Aleksandr G. Lukashenko has tried to distance himself from Russia and to get some benefits from the west: But to get nearer to the `west` also has a price. A U.S. ambassador in town means that regime change plots are never far away. The sudden attention that Belarus now receives from U.S. aligned organizations is a sure sign that one is underway. On August 9 Belarus will hold presidential elections. Lukashenko will do his best to win again.

SBU involvement in the incident in Belarus – Putin offers a way out for Lukashenko
On 6 August 2020, the Russian media Komsomolskaya Pravda (KP) published an article indicating that the SBU (Ukrainian secret service) would be involved in organizing the provocation that led to the arrest of 33 Russian citizens in Belarus. The next day, Vladimir Putin called Alexander Lukashenko, the Belarusian President, to discuss the fate of the arrested Russian citizens. By calling Lukashenko only after KP published this information, Vladimir Putin actually offered him a way out of the quagmire the Belarusian President had got himself into.

Sergey Garmash: no revolution is planned for Minsk negotiation
One of the two pro-Ukrainian journalists from Donetsk that Kiev added to its representation in the Trilatral Group, Sergey Garmash, said after the last TCG meeting with Kravchuk that no revolution is planned in the Minsk negotiation. For him, Vladimir Zelensky, the Ukrainian President still defines the policy. Garmash described on his Facebook wall the first Trilateral Group meeting with Leonid Kravchuk as the head of the Ukrainian delegation, and the ideas he pushed during this meeting.

Negotiations about the Donbass – Kravchuk talks about independence, sovereignty, and Steinmeier formula
The new head of the Ukrainian delegation in the Tripartite Contact Group (TCG) in Minsk to resolve the situation in the Donbass, Leonid Kravchuk, said that the Ukrainian side was not going to discuss the independence or sovereignty of its territories. Also, Kravchuk added that neither Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, nor Ukrainian diplomats or officials had ever given up the Steinmeier formula.

Lukashenko’s Self-Overthrow: There’s More at Stake Than Just the Presidency
I recently wrote that Aleksandr Lukashenko‘s pro-western entourage is preparing to overthrow the President of Belarus. However, they want him to take the “honour” of the deterioration (or even complete severance) of relations with Russia. At that time, I assumed that the “X” hour would come for Lukashenko between the middle of 2021 and the end of 2022. I.e., that he will win the election, relying on his renewed legitimacy, toughen up his opposition to the Kremlin, become a completely toxic figure for Moscow, and then be overthrown by his “European integrators”, with the complete non-resistance of a disoriented and disillusioned people who do not understand why they should protect Lukashenko from his own camarilla.

Dutch government will not advise public to wear masks: minister
Amsterdam: The Dutch government on Wednesday said it will not advise the public to wear masks to slow the spread of coronavirus, asserting that their effectiveness has not been proven. The decision was announced by Minister for Medical Care Tamara van Ark after a review by the country`s National Institute for Health (RIVM). The government will instead seek better adherence to social distancing rules after a surge in coronavirus cases in the country this week, Van Ark said at a press conference in The Hague.

Donbass – Ukrainian army respected the reinforced ceasefire for only two days
After the entry into force of the new measures to better control the permanent ceasefire in the Donbass on 27 July 2020, the Ukrainian army respected the long-awaited truce for only two days, unfortunately proving that the pessimists who had expected this scenario were right.
9:59 [Donbass Insider] (E)
Chronicles of the “indefinite” truce in the Donbass
July 27, agreements on the reinforcement of the indefinite truce in the Donbass, reached in Minsk, came into force. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky admitted that in the Donbass, despite the truce, the Ukrainian military shoot, but they will be punished only if they go too far beyond the agreements. His words were heard during a live chat with the press on the Facebook page of the President on July 28.

Information and psychological operations (InfoPsyOps) of the special services of Ukraine are carried out amid civil war conducted by Kiev against the unrecognized people`s republics – the DPR and LPR. To hide this shameful phenomenon from the world public, the Ukrainian authorities camouflage the concept of civil war, calling it either an antiterrorist operation or an operation of the United forces. Due to this layer of mimicry, not only the conduct of hostilities is given a formal legitimate status, but also the technology of “fights without rules” against their own citizens is legalized as well. At the same time Kiev calls them “terrorists”, “separatists”, “koloradas” (those who wear and respect a St.George`s Ribbon), “vatniki” (radical pro-Russia patriots), etc.

Agreement between Ukraine, DPR and LPR on additional ceasefire control measures
At the meeting of the contact groups which took place in videoconference format on 22 July 2020, Ukraine, the DPR and LPR (Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics) finally managed, after months of negotiations, to agree on additional measures to allow better control of the ceasefire in the Donbass. These additional measures will enter into force on 27 July at 00:01 a.m. Kiev time.
10:31 [Donbass Insider] (E)
Donbass – Ukraine totally destroys the Minsk negotiation process
No sooner had the agreement on additional measures of ceasefire control in the Donbass been signed than, in keeping with its bad habits, Ukraine backed down completely, via the official statement by Vladimir Zelensky, the Ukrainian President, which stated that every point of the Minsk agreements had to be deciphered to see which ones were applicable and which were not, and demanded that the leaders of the Normandy Format countries sign the agreement approved by the members of the trilateral contact group on 22 July in order for it to be valid, thus totally destroying the negotiation process.

Survey: 66.5% of respondents consider that Ukraine is not an independent state
The data of a sociological survey have confirmed that Ukraine is not an independent state, as 66.5% of respondents declared that Ukraine is managed from abroad. In comparison with the sociological survey conducted on June 10-19, 2020, the ratings of the two leading political parties have changed as follows: the rating of the “Servant of the People” party (David Arakhamia and Alexander Kornienko) has decreased from 30.5% to 29.8%, the rating of the “Opposition Platform – For Life” (Yuri Boyko, Victor Medvedchuk, Vadim Rabinovich) has increased from 18.6% to 20.1%. The parties “European Solidarity” (Petr Poroshenko) (15.7 percent) and “Fatherland” (Yuliya Tymoshenko) are also members of parliament (9.6 percent). The Power and Honor party (4.9 percent) is on the verge of joining the next Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

DPR – Ukrainian army shelling damaged water pipe, risk of humanitarian disaster
This morning, the Ukrainian army shelled the village of Mine 6/7 with mortar shells, damaging an important water pipe, which supplies not only the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic) but also the population in the Ukrainian-controlled Donbass area. This destruction of vital civilian infrastructure could lead to a humanitarian disaster on both sides of the front line. This morning the Ukrainian army heavily shelled the outskirts of Gorlovka and Donetsk for an hour and a half.

Donbass – Estonian who died in Zaytsevo described Ukrainians as pigs and degenerates
New information continues to come in about the three AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine) soldiers who died in the Donbass, near Zaytsevo, on 13 July 2020, while trying to approach the positions of the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic) people’s militia, and especially about the Estonian, whose telephone revealed that he considered the Ukrainians as “pigs” and “degenerates” who needed a “white master” (sic).

Censorship – Ukraine releases version 2.0 of media law that the EU appears to endorse
While the EU and the Council of Europe have just called on Ukraine to quickly pass version 2.0 of the media law that will introduce censorship in the country, several journalists, experts and commentators are wondering whether Kiev has not misled Westerners about what this law actually contains. For if not, it would mean that the EU considers censorship to be part of its standards and values…

DPR – Ukrainian army shoots at Alexandrovka and wounds two civilians
On the evening of 14 July, the Ukrainian army opened fire on the village of Alexandrovka, in DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic), damaging several houses and injuring two civilians: a woman and her son. Both were hospitalised and their condition is considered moderately serious by doctors. The DPR People’s Militia responded to the shooting by the Ukrainian army, causing several casualties among its ranks. The day before, the Ukrainian army carried out a provocation in Zaytsevo, which resulted in the death of three of its soldiers. These deaths were used by Kiev to smear Russia and the DPR.

Ukraine – Opposition Platform calls on Zelensky to apologize and resign
In Ukraine, the “Opposition Platform – For Life” party called on Vladimir Zelensky to apologise and resign in the face of the President’s manifest inability to fulfil his main campaign promise: to end the war in the Donbass. In addition to his declining popularity due to his inability to end the war in the Donbass and turn Ukraine around, Zelensky now sees the Opposition Platform demanding that he apologize and resign.

Belgrade Liberated!
The relentless advance of coronavirus terror has been broken. Recalcitrant Serbs rebelled against their President when he ordered them back under house arrest. After two days of street battles with dozens of policemen hospitalised, the sturdy protesters won; the authorities surrendered and gave up their plans to lock Belgrade down. Shops, pubs and restaurants in Belgrade will have an early evening curfew; but this is much better than the full lockdown they intended. Prime Minister Ms Brnabic complained that she could not understand why her people were protesting. She must be uncommonly dense, this lady, if after two days of protests she could not understand that people do not want lockdowns. This is a rare reversal by the authorities, said the BBC correspondent in Belgrade. This is an understatement in the best English manner. I think it is a precedent.

Bulgarian President denounces Borissov’s "mafia-type" government
On 9 July 2010, the seat of the Bulgarian presidency was requisitioned on orders from Prime Minister Boïko Borissov (left in the photo). A crowd immediately took to the streets in support of President Roumen Radev (right in the photo) and to accuse the Prime Minister and the General-Prosecutor of manipulating the justice system. On 11 July, the president called on the government to resign, denouncing its "mafia-style".

Ukraine wanted to carry out terrorist attacks in the Crimea in August 2016
Following the release of recordings of telephone conversations between then Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and then US Vice-President Joe Biden, proving that the latter was the one who was actually running Ukraine in May, Ukrainian MP Andrey Derkach has just released new recordings proving that Kiev did indeed attempt to carry out terrorist attacks in the Crimea in August 2016, contrary to what Ukrainian officials tried to make believe. The tapes also show that Petro Poroshenko was not talking to Putin in the same way as one talks to the leader of a country that supposedly invaded you.

Russia – Discussions on the exit of Ukraine from the Minsk agreements and the Donbass integration
In recent days, statements by Russian officials and political scientists have been made about Ukraine’s withdrawal from the Minsk agreements and the integration of the Donbass to the Russian Federation. Although these statements, which range from personal analysis or opinions to official statements, are far from being all in agreement, they have the merit of bringing the issue of the official integration of Donbass into Russia back to the forefront of the Russian media scene and to the heart of public discussions.

Hoisted with their own petard: Ukraine’s influence operations against Europe – Part 1
Vasily Prozorov is an ex-officer from the SBU, the Ukrainian secret service. Last year he finally left Ukraine for Russia, and made several public statements and interviews, giving details about the use of torture by the SBU, its secret prisons, and involvement of Ukraine in the MH17 crash. Prozorov created his own investigation center – UKR LEAKS – and publishes new information on Ukraine. In this article split in two parts, Vasily Prozorov shows with internal documents he obtained while he was working in the SBU, how Ukraine launched influence operations against the very same people who taught her how to do psychological and information operations, namely Europe, and how Kiev used hackers to discredit Russia, especially in the highly sensitive case of the MH17 crash. The second part of this investigation is accessible here.

Ukraine and the Nazis – The National Corpus goes into battle
Since the 1920s, it has been known that overthrowing right-wing extremists who have already taken power, or even stopping the fascist (Nazi) parties’ race for power is extremely difficult. It is simply beyond the reach of a single party. With varying degrees of success, this was only possible when the broadest popular anti-Nazi front was established. Only the unification of all non-Nazi forces (liberals, democrats, communists, monarchists, Christian democrats, etc.) against an isolated Nazi force could give hope of success.

Taking the PiS… Trump Embraces Poland to Spite Germany and Russia
Finian Cunningham - President Trump laid out his rationale while hosting his Polish counterpart at the White House. President Andrzej Duda who is allied with the ruling Law and Justice Party (PiS) was on his third visit to the White House this week since Donald Trump took office. He is the first foreign leader to be received in Pennsylvania Avenue since the pandemic lockdown. For such an honor, Trump readily explained that the purpose of his Polish embrace was to spite both Germany and Russia. He confirmed the planned removal of U.S. troops from German soil, which he announced last week, and said some of those units would be going to Poland. “We’re going to be reducing our forces in Germany. Some will be coming home and some will be going to other places, but Poland would be one of those other places,” said Trump at a press briefing at the White House with Duda. He said that would send “a very strong signal to Russia”.

DPR – Third OSCE camera destroyed by Ukrainian army in one month
On 30 June 2020, the Ukrainian army fired an anti-tank missile at the Oktyabrsky mine near Donetsk airport, in DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic), destroying the OSCE monitoring camera which was located there. This camera is already the third to be destroyed in this way in barely a month. As a reminder, on 2 June 2020, the Ukrainian army destroyed an OSCE monitoring camera located near the Petrovskoye withdrawal zone, also in the DPR, with a sniper rifle. Then on 22 June at 8.10 a.m., another OSCE camera located 1 km south-west of Shirokino in the south was destroyed.

Ukraine and the phantom threat of Russian invasion from the Caucasus
For six years now, Ukraine has been screaming incessantly about the impending Russian invasion, without the latter showing the tip of its nose. Belarus - A U.S. Sponsored Color Revolution Is Underway
U.S engineered attempts to overthrow a foreign government by stirring civil arrests are usually named after a color or, at times, a flower. Thus we had an "rose revolution" in Georgia, a "green movement" in Iran and an "orange revolution" in the Ukraine. But now the CIA and its assortment of supporting organizations seems to have run out of color choices. How else can one explain that their latest attempt in Belarus is called a "slipper revolution". No, the Guardian, which published the `Slipper revolution` headline today but later changed it, did not come up with that stupid moniker by itself. The U.S. State Department funded TV station was the first to mention slippers in a picture caption on May 31. On June 6 the U.S. government funded RFE/RL was the first to use it in a headline.

Ukraine – Promotion of sterilization of the unemployed and ode to collaboration with the Nazis
Since the Maidan of 2014, Ukraine is sinking deeper and deeper into decomplexed neo-Nazism, as two recent news show: the promotion of the sterilization of the unemployed by a deputy from Vladimir Zelensky’s party, and the ode to collaboration with the Nazis placarded on the walls of the city of Kherson by the city’s own mayor!!! But according to Westerners, there are no neo-Nazis in power structures of Ukraine, and to say that would be just horrible Russian propaganda. I’ll let you be the judge of that.

DPR celebrates 75 years of Victory over Nazism with military parade
On June 24, 2020, a military parade was held in the centre of the capital of the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic) to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Victory over Nazism. This year, due to coronavirus, the Victory Parade celebrating the defeat of Nazi Germany, which usually takes place on May 9, has been postponed to June 24. As a result, this parade is taking place exactly 75 years after the first Victory Day march on Moscow’s Red Square on June 24, 1945. Despite the epidemic, several thousand DPR inhabitants came to the parade in the centre of Donetsk and the atmosphere was as festive as when it was held on May 9. This year, 2,500 soldiers and members of the DPR “Young Guard” took part in the parade, double the number of last year, and 110 pieces of military equipment from various eras.

Also, on June 18th it became known that the Verkhovna Rada failed to vote for the adoption of the economic program of the government of Denis Shmygal. DPR – Ukrainian army kills one civilian in Alexandrovka
On the evening of June 22, 2020, the Ukrainian Army once again opened fire on the village of Alexandrovka, in DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic), with automatic grenade launchers, killing one civilian. Continuous firing by the Ukrainian army prevented the evacuation of his body until this morning. On this day, which marked the 79 years of the launch of Operation Barbarossa by Nazi Germany against the USSR, it seems that some Ukrainian soldiers decided to celebrate this anniversary by committing war crimes against the Donbass civilians as a tribute to their ideological ancestors.

On the morning of 21 June 2020, the Ukrainian Army fired heavy artillery and large-calibre mortar on the territory of the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic), injuring one civilian and damaging three houses. Since the alert level of the DPR and LPR (Lugansk People’s Republic) People’s Militia has been lowered, the Ukrainian Army has redoubled its shellings of the two republics, especially residential areas. Ukraine has to clarify its position on the Minsk agreements by 19 June
Ukraine should clarify its official position on the status of the Minsk agreements in the framework of the Contact Group discussions on the settlement of the situation in the Donbass by 19 June, as at the last meeting a representative of Kiev stated that their implementation was not mandatory. This is reflected in the final minutes of the contact group meeting held on 10 and 15 June, the text of which was published on Wednesday on the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).

Donbass – Ukraine turns a deaf ear to the opening of humanitarian corridors
After a break of several days, allegedly due to a “technical problem”, the meeting of the trilateral contact group continued on 15 June 2020, in order to discuss the opening of humanitarian corridors on the Donbass front line, so that civilians needing to travel to Ukraine for vital reasons could do so. Saakashvili spoke again about the collapse of Ukraine
Mikheil Saakashvili has a new unhealthy habit: to predict the rapid collapse and disintegration of Ukraine. I believe that the former president of Georgia has a phantom pain. When he was the head of Georgia, the country lost 20% of its territory. The fugitive Georgian retiree is unable to forget about it and therefore extrapolates his own past to the Ukrainian present. We cannot say that the head of the Executive Committee of the National Reform Council is completely wrong. In 2014, Ukraine had already lost three regions and if right-wing radicals and the oligarchs and high officials behind them had not used force, killed and burned alive the protesters and dispersed their actions in other cities, it could have lost even more.

Donbass children do not know life without the sound of war
His name is Savely Smagar. He is a child of war. Not the kind of distant war we’re proud of to this day. But a new war, the one that started in the spring of 2014 in the Donbass. The one that’s been going on for seven years now. The one that doesn’t seem to stop… Savely is the firstborn, born on February 10, 2014. I know well his parents, Anna and Sergey, they lived in marriage for a long time before they decided to give birth to a child. And it turns out the baby was barely born when he found himself at the very epicenter of the fighting. The family lives near Staromikhaylovka. People who live in the war zone have a concept of “quiet days”, similar to the “good days” of the old people. And these “quiet days” in the spring of 2020 were less than usual.
